Already home to a growing community of freelancers, professionals and creatives, our two large co-working studios offer the perfect solution for small businesses, hybrid workers, start up ventures and anyone fed up of working from home.
All co-working customers have access to two meeting rooms, both meeting rooms have 4k screens, guest wifi and are bookable online. All co-working tenants get 10% off both Liverpool Road Social and Cicchetti restaurants.
Co-working membership is £100 + VAT pm which includes all bills, meeting room use and unlimited internet access.
CoWorking FAQ’s
Are there different types of membership?
Some coworking spaces offer day passes of £20 - £25 per day whereas we prefer to keep our cost economical for everyone on a monthly membership model. At £100+ VAT per month, even if you use the spaces 2 times a week, this works out as £12.50 a day. With tea & coffee included, free meeting spaces and all bills included, we feel this represents best value whilst allowing us to control membership numbers.
Are phone calls allowed in the studios?
Yes, on the basis that they do not disturb other customers. We have three meeting spaces: 2 meeting rooms and a meeting ‘phone pod’. All customers are encouraged to take conference calls and meetings that require client confidentiality.
Can I bring a dog in?
Yes however, this is based on the agreement the dog will not disturb other customers.
What are your opening hours?
Monday-Saturday, 5am to 11pm, Sunday, 5am to 10pm
How do I book the meeting rooms?
We use an online calendar for all meeting rooms and you can book rooms up to 12 months in advance
Both studios have bespoke furniture, ergonomic seating, desktop power & usb, superfast wifi internet, sofa areas, A3 & 4 printing, and free tea & coffee. Lockers are available for free occasional use or permeant use for a small charge
You can register your business address here, hold client meetings and use all the facilities at this development. In addition to the studio spaces are lounge areas, a landscaped atrium, and a large courtyard area with outdoor seating.
Liverpool Road Studios has a microgym gym (pay as you go or membership), hair salon, nail bar, two restaurants, coffee shop, bars and pop up cake shop.
Do I have to commit for a long period?
No. Our contract is monthly only with just one month’s notice required.
Can I register my business at this address?
Yes, we have secure post boxes and mail sorting should you wish to register your business at this address.
Am I guaranteed a space?
Yes, the reason we prefer a monthly membership model is we can keep track on overall numbers and maintain the right workplace atmosphere.
What is included?
Superfast internet over wifi, meeting room use, use of all studio and lounge areas, use of outside courtyard, all bills, A3 & A4 printing, tea, coffee and discounts on both restaurants.
What is not included?
We do not provide monitors and we ask all customers to bring their own milk and soft drinks.
What cycle provisions do you have?
We have cycle stands in the main building and outside building 2. There are shower facilities and a large changing room on site as well. Please bring your own bike lock

Liverpool Road Studios Co Working is connected to the LCR Connect network: a full fibre, ultrafast, gigabit capacity network covering the city region. Our symmetrical gigabit internet service is provided and managed by Fusion Fibre, a Liverpool based ISP with excellent Trust Pilot ratings.
